Laura-Senior

You see it all the time. Photog bloggers that fall behind in session posts. I have fallen onto that sword as well lately. I have so many sessions I want to share. So here is my "baby step" towards getting back on the horse as some may say. Here is a sneak peek at a session I did with Laura, who came to me as a referral from her orthodontist . She's an upcoming Eagan High School senior and boy is she gorgeous. She has a beautiful smile and I had to compliment her on her dimples. She loves softball and is looking forward to her senior year in the fall.

2011 Senior Video

Boy has it been a long winter. I'm glad spring is just around the corner because it will be so nice to get out and shoot the trees and flowers blooming. Spring and summer usually has its ramp up of high school seniors taking their senior portraits! I'm looking forward to working with the 2012 seniors. Here's a little video of a 2011 Senior from last fall. I hope to be posting more of these this summer!

Hoops and Smiles

Well it has been quite some time since my last blog post. Personally, it has been a crazy winter! My kids are so darn busy and the homework doesn't stop on top of that. I have managed to have some fun sessions and I guess it's time to post a few and catchup a "little" bit and I'll just start with my favorite pair of kids to photograph. {Ok, my kids are sometimes my favorite too}. These kiddos are so easy going and are up for trying any of my crazy ideas. This session was all about remembering the season they both played traveling basketball. Go IRISH!

Tony -- 2011 Senior - Preview!

I had the great pleasure of photographing a 2011 senior that I have seen grow up so fast right before my eyes. I can't say that I know Tony's favorite color or his favorite movie, but what I do know is that he has been playing drums since the day he could hold a spoon to his mouth. I remember when he loved hot wheel cars, boy scouts and baseball ... and of course drumming, drumming, drumming! Tony is captain of the Irondale Drumline and is among the stars in academics. We had a great time during his senior photo session because Tony is a natural. Just one more thing he can fallback on, if a music career doesn't work out. {smiley} Have a great senior year, Tony! I can't wait to hear about your college selection.
